岗位描述: 本岗位隶属Audio 团队，负责音频 AI 模型从研发完成到业务上线的工程落地全过程，支持公司多个核心业务平台。本岗位专注模型部署与性能优化方向，对推理效率、资源占用、设备适配和线上稳定性负责。
岗位职责:
- 云端模型部署与生产稳定性: 负责云端模型的容器化部署、容量评估、发布与回滚机制设计，建立监控告警和故障处置流程，对生产服务的全生命周期负责。
- Client 端推理加速与跨平台适配: 针对实时音频场景定位性能瓶颈，完成推理加速和资源优化；负责 Android、iOS 及低端设备的平台适配。
- 工程代码开发与问题定位: 使用 C++/Python 完成模型部署相关的集成、自动化和性能优化，独立完成代码级与系统级问题的根因定位。
- 新模型上线全链路交付: 从方案设计、容量评估、平台对接到上线后稳定性跟踪，完成音频 AI 模型的完整落地闭环，沉淀可复用的工程规范。
- 跨团队协作与推进: 主动识别并协调部署过程中的跨团队依赖，推动模型从可用到稳定上线。
- 运维优化与效率提升: 利用 AI 工具或自动化手段提升部署、排障和运维效率，持续降低团队运维成本。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信号处理或相关专业；具备模型部署、性能优化或相关工程开发实际经验。
- 扎实的 C++/Python 工程能力，能够独立完成模型集成相关代码的开发与调试。
- 具备云端模型生产部署经验，有容器化架构、发布回滚、监控告警及故障处置的完整实践。
- 具备模型推理性能优化经验，能清晰说明性能瓶颈、优化思路及可量化结果。
- 具备主动推进能力，有跨团队协调并推动结果落地的实际经历。
- 对实时音视频领域有基本了解，能将现有经验迁移到音频 AI 场景。
加分项:
- 有音频 AI 模型（ASR、说话人识别等方向）部署或推理优化的直接经验。
- 熟悉推理引擎（TensorRT、ONNX Runtime 等）、模型压缩或 GPU 加速。
- 有 Android/iOS 端侧适配及低端设备性能优化的实际案例。
- 有 Docker 容器化生产运维或多业务平台对接经验。
- 有主动使用 AI 工具提升工程效率的实践经验。
